{"id":1955,"date":"2023-01-13T05:31:50","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T05:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=1955"},"modified":"2023-01-13T05:31:51","modified_gmt":"2023-01-13T05:31:51","slug":"anuncia-infonavit-incremento-de-5-2-en-los-creditos-vsm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/01\/13\/anuncia-infonavit-incremento-de-5-2-en-los-creditos-vsm\/","title":{"rendered":"ANUNCIA INFONAVIT INCREMENTO DE 5.2% EN LOS CR\u00e9DITOS VSM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) anunci\u00f3 que el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del organismo determin\u00f3 que&nbsp;el ajuste a los cr\u00e9ditos denominados en Veces Salario M\u00ednimo (VSM) <strong>ser\u00e1 de solo el 5.2% para 2023,<\/strong> lo que corresponde al promedio de los incrementos anuales que tuvo la inflaci\u00f3n durante los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado, la instituci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con esta medida, los cr\u00e9ditos en VSM <strong>no se ver\u00e1n afectados por el incremento del 20% al salario m\u00ednimo,<\/strong> ni por el aumento de 7.82% de la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomend\u00f3 que para evitar pr\u00f3ximos ajustes anuales, a partir del 9 de febrero de 2023, los cr\u00e9ditos que a\u00fan est\u00e1n denominados en VSM <strong>podr\u00e1n convertirse a pesos a trav\u00e9s de la Ventanilla Universal de Responsabilidad Compartida,<\/strong> ya que este programa es permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacerlo, las y los acreditados deber\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Acceder a \u201cMi Cuenta Infonavit\u201d (micuenta.infonavit.org.mx).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Elegir la pesta\u00f1a Mi Cr\u00e9dito y despu\u00e9s Responsabilidad Compartida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ingresar el estado y el c\u00f3digo postal donde se encuentra la vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Hacer clic en Tr\u00e1mite y seleccionar la columna de Responsabilidad Compartida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Confirmar el tr\u00e1mite y guardar el acuse con el monto de la mensualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para conocer el saldo del cr\u00e9dito y la mensualidad a pagar, las y los acreditados pueden ingresar a \u201cMi Cuenta Infonavit\u201d (micuenta.infonavit.org.mx), llamar a Infonatel (800 008 3900) o<strong> acudir al Centro de Servicio Infonavit (CESI) m\u00e1s cercano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 2 de enero, el director general del Infonavit,<strong> Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez,<\/strong> explic\u00f3 en <em>Aristegui en Vivo<\/em> los beneficios de convertir las deudas en VSM a pesos. Entonces, el plazo se hab\u00eda extendido hasta el 10 de enero, aunque el comunicado de este mi\u00e9rcoles se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se trata de un programa
