La v\u00edctima y el presunto responsable se presentaron en la sala del Centro Integral de Justicia en Altamira, Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuatros fiscales de la Fiscal\u00eda de Tamaulipas presentaron el caso ante la juez Luz del Carmen Lee Luna, indica la cobertura de <strong>Elefante Blanco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia, Melanie es representada por los abogados Antonio Ju\u00e1rez y C\u00e9sar Bernal, de la organizaci\u00f3n Blindaje M\u00e9dico Jur\u00eddico. En tanto, el acusado Christian \u201cR\u201d es defendido por abogados de Monterrey, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La audiencia fue interrumpida por casi una hora, debido a un corte de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. Al reiniciar, la juez revel\u00f3 que no se hab\u00eda grabado nada de la sesi\u00f3n por fallas en el sistema. Se tuvo que comenzar la presentaci\u00f3n de las partes y asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 testimonios, informes m\u00e9dicos periciales y fotograf\u00edas del ataque y sus consecuencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanie ha escuchado y visto toda la presentaci\u00f3n de pruebas junto a la terapeuta Silvia Cruz. Christian \u201cR\u201d guard\u00f3 silencio al saber que es culpado de <strong>tentativa de feminicidio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de las 16 horas de este domingo, la juez Lee Luna declar\u00f3 un receso prolongado antes de responder a la solicitud de vincular a proceso a Christian \u201cR\u201d.
