{"id":18256,"date":"2024-11-29T06:36:10","date_gmt":"2024-11-29T06:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=18256"},"modified":"2024-11-29T06:36:11","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T06:36:11","slug":"extincion-de-ift-y-cofece-pone-en-riesgo-derechos-de-los-consumidores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/11\/29\/extincion-de-ift-y-cofece-pone-en-riesgo-derechos-de-los-consumidores\/","title":{"rendered":"Extinci\u00f3n de IFT y COFECE pone en riesgo derechos de los consumidores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En entrevista para <em>Aristegui en Vivo<\/em>, la polit\u00f3loga <strong>Denise Dresser<\/strong> analiz\u00f3 la inminente votaci\u00f3n en el Senado que podr\u00eda resultar en la <strong>extinci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los <strong>\u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico, como el Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) y la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Competencia Econ\u00f3mica (COFECE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dresser destac\u00f3 que estos organismos fueron creados en 2013 con el objetivo de fortalecer la <strong>regulaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>competencia<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds, en un contexto donde se buscaba combatir el <strong>duopolio<\/strong> televisivo y las <strong>pr\u00e1cticas monop\u00f3licas<\/strong> que afectan a los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acad\u00e9mica <strong>critic\u00f3<\/strong> al gobierno de <strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong> por su falta de <strong>transparencia<\/strong>, especialmente tras revelaciones sobre la protecci\u00f3n militar que recibe el presidente en su rancho, lo que contradice sus <strong>promesas de austeridad<\/strong> y eliminaci\u00f3n de <strong>privilegios<\/strong> para expresidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teleco-unicaciones-agencia-digital-comunicaciones-telecomunicaciones-radiofusion-radio-organos-autonomos-221124.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teleco-unicaciones-agencia-digital-comunicaciones-telecomunicaciones-radiofusion-radio-organos-autonomos-221124-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dresser subray\u00f3 que la extinci\u00f3n de estos \u00f3rganos no solo pone en <strong>riesgo<\/strong> los <strong>derechos de los consumidores<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda afectar negativamente las <strong>relaciones comerciales de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, especialmente en el marco del Tratado entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los presupuestos de estos organismos, Dresser enfatiz\u00f3 que su <strong>costo es m\u00ednimo<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el total del presupuesto federal.
