{"id":1786,"date":"2023-01-05T05:51:43","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T05:51:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=1786"},"modified":"2023-01-05T05:51:44","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T05:51:44","slug":"eligen-a-ministro-alberto-perez-como-presidente-de-la-segunda-sala-de-la-scjn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/01\/05\/eligen-a-ministro-alberto-perez-como-presidente-de-la-segunda-sala-de-la-scjn\/","title":{"rendered":"ELIGEN A MINISTRO ALBERTO P\u00c9REZ COMO PRESIDENTE DE LA SEGUNDA SALA DE LA SCJN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El ministro\u00a0<strong>Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n<\/strong> fue elegido <strong>presidente de la Segunda Sala<\/strong> de la <strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> (SCJN), para el periodo 2023-2024, durante\u00a0una sesi\u00f3n privada\u00a0realizada este mi\u00e9rcoles 4 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo titular de esta sala asumi\u00f3 el cargo, en<strong> sustituci\u00f3n de la ministra Yasm\u00edn Esquivel Mossa<\/strong>, quien concluy\u00f3 su periodo de dos a\u00f1os como presidenta de la Sala el 31 de diciembre pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n fue electo por <strong>votaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime<\/strong> por los integrantes de la Sala, las ministras Esquivel Mossa, Loretta Ortiz Ahlf y los ministros Javier Laynez Potisek y Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar Morales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el 1 de diciembre de 2015, P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n es ministro de la SCJN, y ya fue presidente de la Segunda Sala, en el periodo del 19 de marzo de ese a\u00f1o al 31 de diciembre de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>El ministro Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n rinde protesta como presidente de la Segunda Sala de la Corte. (Especial)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue <strong>participante en la contienda por la presidencia de la SCJN<\/strong> y del Consejo de la Judicatura Federal (CJF), en el proceso del pasado 2 de enero, en el que <strong>result\u00f3 vencedora la ministra Norma Luc\u00eda Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, este mi\u00e9rcoles&nbsp;asumi\u00f3 la <strong>presidencia de la Primera Sala el ministro Jorge Mario Pardo Rebolledo<\/strong>, quien fue electo para el cargo en una sesi\u00f3n privada el pasado 2 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso, votaron por \u00e9l la ministra Ana Margarita R\u00edos Farjat, y los ministros Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Alc\u00e1ntara Carranc\u00e1 y Alfredo Guti\u00e9rrez Ortiz Mena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro Arturo Zald\u00edvar, expresidente de la SCJN, no particip\u00f3 en la votaci\u00f3n por encontrarse en el <strong>proceso de entrega-recepci\u00f3n de la presidencia <\/strong>del \u00f3rgano aut\u00f3nomo, a la reci\u00e9n electa ministra Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro Pardo Rebolledo es integrante del Pleno de Ministros de la SCJN desde el 10 de febrero de 2011 y fue designado <strong>presidente de la Primera Sala&nbsp;para un periodo de dos a\u00f1os<\/strong>, el 1 de octubre de 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro Pardo Rebolledo <strong>sustituye a la ministra R\u00edos Farjat,<\/strong> quien concluy\u00f3 su periodo de la presidencia de esta Sala el 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Primera Sala de la SCJN se encarga de resolver las controversias constitucionales en las materias Penal y Civil, mientras que la Segunda Sala atiende los asuntos de las materias Laboral y Administrativas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro\u00a0Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n fue elegido presidente de la Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), para el periodo 2023-2024, durante\u00a0una sesi\u00f3n privada\u00a0realizada este mi\u00e9rcoles 4 de enero.
