{"id":17347,"date":"2024-10-25T04:38:04","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T04:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=17347"},"modified":"2024-10-25T04:38:05","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T04:38:05","slug":"jueces-y-magistrados-dicen-que-volveran-a-funciones-hasta-el-lunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/10\/25\/jueces-y-magistrados-dicen-que-volveran-a-funciones-hasta-el-lunes\/","title":{"rendered":"Jueces y magistrados dicen que volver\u00e1n a funciones hasta el lunes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Magistrados de Circuito y Jueces de Distrito del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (<strong>Jufed<\/strong>) anunci\u00f3 que <strong>reanudar\u00e1 labores<\/strong> hasta el<strong> lunes 28 de octubre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, en respuesta al Consejo de la Judicatura Federal (<strong>CJF<\/strong>), que<strong> orden\u00f3<\/strong> que a partir de hoy jueves todos trabajadores judiciales deben levantar el paro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los jueces y magistrados se\u00f1alaron que ante la falta de resoluci\u00f3n por parte del CJF a las peticiones de la base trabajadora y los titulares del Poder Judicial, se <strong>reservan el derecho de suspender nuevamente labores<\/strong> si en breve no se da respuesta a las mismas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, llamaron nuevamente a la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) a resolver en definitiva los medios legales interpuestos contra la reforma judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado, dijeron que la decisi\u00f3n de reanudar labores no significa claudicar en su convicci\u00f3n de \u201crechazo de la injusta e inconvencional reforma judicial, as\u00ed como en contra de las acciones emprendidas por los Poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo que atentan gravemente contra las libertades, derechos y garant\u00edas de todas y todos los mexicanos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pidieron al CJF asuma su papel de \u00f3rgano de administraci\u00f3n y respete la autonom\u00eda e independencia de la Judicatura, asimismo, que se pronuncie sobre las peticiones efectuadas por los representantes de las diversas asociaciones de personas juzgadoras, las cuales siguen sin respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/reanudaremos-labores-lunes-28-octubre-jufed-jueces-magistrados-orden-cjf-paro-2-24102024.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/reanudaremos-labores-lunes-28-octubre-jufed-jueces-magistrados-orden-cjf-paro-2-24102024-700x902.jpeg?resize=640%2C825&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/reanudaremos-labores-lunes-28-octubre-jufed-jueces-magistrados-orden-cjf-paro-3-24102024.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/reanudaremos-labores-lunes-28-octubre-jufed-jueces-magistrados-orden-cjf-paro-3-24102024-700x905.jpeg?resize=640%2C827&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CJF ordena levantar paro y reanudar actividades a jueces y magistrados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo de la Judicatura Federal afirm\u00f3 que el personal judicial est\u00e1 obligado a <strong>reanudar labores este jueves 24 de octubre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 que se deben establecer los descuentos y normativa laboral a quien no asista a trabajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se ordena al \u00e1rea de Seguridad que \u201capoye a los jueces y magistrados que le soliciten el acceso a los inmuebles\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Magistrados de Circuito y Jueces de Distrito del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (Jufed) anunci\u00f3 que reanudar\u00e1 labores hasta el lunes 28 de octubre.
