En el documento, <em>El Chapo<\/em> Guzm\u00e1n asegura que sus abogados, tanto en el juicio como en la apelaci\u00f3n, no fueron efectivos y tampoco examinaron a los testigos adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cComo resultado fui declarado culpable. Tampoco pelearon para que cierta evidencia quedara excluida del caso. Lo mismo con m abogado de apelaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3 que la solicitud que tiene fecha de recibido del pasado 15 de octubre.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El cofundador del c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa, adem\u00e1s afirm\u00f3 que la <strong>extradici\u00f3n al Distrito Este de Nueva York fue ilegal.<\/strong> \u201cYo deb\u00ed haber sido extraditado al Distrito Este de Texas y al Distrito Sur de California. Nunca hubo una renuncia a la regla de especialidad firmada por un juez magistrado\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La moci\u00f3n de apelaci\u00f3n a su juicio radicada ante el Segundo Circuito fue firmada por<em> El Chapo<\/em> Guzm\u00e1n el pasado 25 de septiembre, pero la notificaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 registrada este lunes en la Corte Federal para el Distrito Este de Nueva York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta no es la primera vez que <em>El Chapo<\/em> Guzm\u00e1n presenta una moci\u00f3n para pedir un nuevo juicio bas\u00e1ndose en estos dos argumentos.
