{"id":16982,"date":"2024-10-10T04:43:33","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T04:43:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=16982"},"modified":"2024-10-10T04:43:34","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T04:43:34","slug":"barra-mexicana-de-abogados-pide-revisar-y-corregir-la-reforma-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/10\/10\/barra-mexicana-de-abogados-pide-revisar-y-corregir-la-reforma-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Barra Mexicana de Abogados pide revisar y corregir la reforma judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Reforma al Poder Judicial <\/strong>se debe revisar y corregir, para corregir inconsistencias dentro del texto constitucional y con tratados internacionales, exigi\u00f3 la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados (BMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado, firmado por el presidente de esta organizaci\u00f3n, <strong>V\u00edctor Ol\u00e9a Pel\u00e1ez<\/strong>, se agreg\u00f3 que al realizar las correcciones solicitadas se incluyan disposiciones para proteger la carrera judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Es crucial que la reforma al Poder Judicial Federal sea revisada para corregir inconsistencias dentro del texto constitucional y de \u00e9ste con tratados internacionales, en materia de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se debe aprovechar esta oportunidad para incluir disposiciones que refuercen el respeto a la carrera judicial y regulen las facultades del nuevo Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial\u201d, se indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>presidente de la BMA<\/strong> afirm\u00f3 que, desde la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Reforma Judicial, el pasado 15 de septiembre, se han otorgado diversas suspensiones por parte de jueces, para evitar da\u00f1os irreparables, sin embargo, las autoridades las han desacatado, lo que, afirm\u00f3, vulnera el orden constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que no es conveniente promulgar las leyes secundar\u00edas, hasta que no se corrijan las inconsistencias en el dictamen aprobado por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En este sentido, no es conveniente promulgar las leyes secundarias hasta no revisar lo anterior, para evitar incurrir en irregularidades que podr\u00edan generar impugnaciones adicionales, as\u00ed como violaciones a tratados internacionales\u201d, solicit\u00f3 la BMA.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n de especialistas en derecho realiz\u00f3 un llamado a los poderes pol\u00edticos y a las autoridades, para resolver cualquier conflicto relacionado con la Reforma Judicial, \u201cpara evitar una crisis que afecte el Estado Constitucional de Derecho, la seguridad jur\u00eddica y la estabilidad del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Reforma al Poder Judicial se debe revisar y corregir, para corregir inconsistencias dentro del texto constitucional y con tratados internacionales, exigi\u00f3 la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados (BMA).
