El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) impugn\u00f3 <\/strong>ante el Tribunal Electoral federal (TEPJF) el <\/strong>freno que jueces federales impusieron a la implementaci\u00f3n de la reforma judicial del ex presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La reforma, promulgada el 15 de septiembre pasado, prev\u00e9 realizar una elecci\u00f3n extraordinaria el 1 de junio de 2025 para elegir por voto popular a las y los ministros de la Suprema Corte<\/strong>, magistrados de Circuito y jueces de Distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan los estados electr\u00f3nicos del TEPJF, el recurso del INE, radicado en el expediente SUP-AG-209\/2024, es contra acuerdos de diversos jueces de Distrito del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impugna, en espec\u00edfico, las suspensiones que le impiden continuar con la implementaci\u00f3n del proceso electoral extraordinario para elegir por voto popular a ministros, magistrados y jueces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elecci\u00f3n de jueces se llevar\u00e1 en 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El 23 de septiembre pasado, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, el CG del INE declar\u00f3 el inicio y preparaci\u00f3n del proceso, y orden\u00f3 realizar el plan integral y calendario, ambos para presentarse, a m\u00e1s tardar, en este mes de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y pese a las suspensiones, el CG del INE sigui\u00f3 con los preparativos, incluso public\u00f3 cinco acuerdos en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su presidenta, Guadalupe Tadei, dijo que no hab\u00eda desacato y justific\u00f3 que no hab\u00eda notificaci\u00f3n judicial de las suspensiones<\/strong>, lo cual ocurri\u00f3 hasta el pasado fin de semana pasado. La respuesta del INE fue la impugnaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
