{"id":16820,"date":"2024-10-04T04:41:10","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T04:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=16820"},"modified":"2024-10-04T04:41:11","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T04:41:11","slug":"con-mayoria-de-votos-el-congreso-de-tamaulipas-elimina-el-voto-de-ayuntamientos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/10\/04\/con-mayoria-de-votos-el-congreso-de-tamaulipas-elimina-el-voto-de-ayuntamientos\/","title":{"rendered":"Con mayor\u00eda de votos el Congreso de Tamaulipas elimina el voto de Ayuntamientos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por mayor\u00eda de votos, el <strong>Congreso del Estado de Tamaulipas<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 un dictamen que ajusta el procedimiento para las reformas de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local, que busca dotar al Poder Legislativo de mayor autonom\u00eda en sus decisiones, eliminando la necesidad de contar con la aprobaci\u00f3n de los Ayuntamientos para realizar cambios en el texto constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador <strong>Isidro Vargas Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, quien impuls\u00f3 la iniciativa, destac\u00f3 que el objetivo central de estas modificaciones es permitir que el Congreso act\u00fae con mayor independencia, sin las limitaciones impuestas por la intervenci\u00f3n de los municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSe subraya la necesidad de flexibilizar el proceso de reforma constitucional, argumentando que la rigidez actual no responde a la realidad social del Estado\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Vargas Fern\u00e1ndez durante su intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el diputado, la participaci\u00f3n de los Ayuntamientos en el proceso legislativo ha obstaculizado la labor del Congreso, limitando as\u00ed su capacidad para legislar de manera efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador de Morena, Claudio Alberto De Leija Hinojosa, tambi\u00e9n respald\u00f3 la propuesta, se\u00f1alando que la eliminaci\u00f3n de la intromisi\u00f3n de los municipios en los asuntos constitucionales, as\u00ed como la reducci\u00f3n del exceso de burocracia, \u00abgarantizar\u00e1 eficacia y un sistema legislativo m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y representativo que reitere la esencia del Congreso del Estado, para beneficio de las y los tamaulipecos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, no todos los diputados compartieron esta visi\u00f3n, Gerardo Pe\u00f1a Flores, representante del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), expres\u00f3 su <strong>preocupaci\u00f3n por la magnitud de la reforma<\/strong>, argumentando que una modificaci\u00f3n de este tipo requiere un an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s profundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u00f1a Flores advirti\u00f3 que esta reforma podr\u00eda ir en contra del derecho de participaci\u00f3n de los municipios, lo que podr\u00eda generar tensiones entre los distintos niveles de gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la reforma constitucional fue aprobada con 27 votos a favor, seis en contra y dos abstenciones, marcando un hito en la relaci\u00f3n entre el Congreso y los Ayuntamientos en Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada Magaly Deandar Robins\u00f3n, presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, dio entrada a diversos asuntos e iniciativas, as\u00ed como al informe de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente, que ser\u00e1n canalizados para su estudio y dictamen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por mayor\u00eda de votos, el Congreso del Estado de Tamaulipas aprob\u00f3 un dictamen que ajusta el procedimiento para las reformas de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local, que busca dotar al Poder Legislativo de mayor autonom\u00eda en sus decisiones, eliminando la necesidad de contar con la aprobaci\u00f3n de los Ayuntamientos para realizar cambios en el texto constitucional.
