Richold, autor de una serie de c\u00f3mics llamada Super Babies, unas tiras donde los superh\u00e9roes son beb\u00e9s. DC acus\u00f3 a su empresa de infringir las marcas \u201cSuper Hero\u201d y amenaz\u00f3 con emprender acciones legales despu\u00e9s de que Superbabies Ltd solicitara marcas estadounidenses que cubrieran el nombre \u201cSuper Babies\u201d, seg\u00fan relat\u00f3 el acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo peleado por Richol, Marvel y DC no pueden \u201creivindicar la propiedad de todo un g\u00e9nero\u201d. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas comparten cuatro marcas registradas federales en conjunto entre ellas las palabras antes mencionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa que pertenece a Warner fue requerida para una invalidaci\u00f3n de las marcas de Superbabies, a lo cual no tuvieron respuesta. De igual forma Marvel fue citada con el mismo resultado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la palabra Superh\u00e9roes se establece como \u201cde dominio p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Adam Adler, abogado del creador de Superbabies dijo en un comunicado que la sentencia era \u201cno s\u00f3lo una victoria para nuestro cliente, sino una victoria para la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Marvel y DC ahora no podr\u00e1n impedir que otros creadores denominen a sus h\u00e9roes como superh\u00e9roes.
