{"id":16276,"date":"2024-09-12T05:20:14","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T05:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=16276"},"modified":"2024-09-12T05:20:15","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T05:20:15","slug":"presidenta-de-la-scjn-toma-protesta-a-23-nuevos-jueces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/09\/12\/presidenta-de-la-scjn-toma-protesta-a-23-nuevos-jueces\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidenta de la SCJN toma protesta a 23 nuevos jueces"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras aprobarse la <strong>Reforma Judicial, <\/strong>que propone la elecci\u00f3n de jueces por medio de elecciones, este mi\u00e9rcoles la presidenta de la <strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, <\/strong>ministra <strong>Norma Pi\u00f1a<\/strong>, tom\u00f3 protesta a <strong>23 nuevos jueces de Distrito.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de la norma aprobada ayer en el <strong>Senado<\/strong>, este es uno de los \u00faltimos grupos de juzgadores que forman parte de la Carrera Judicial y que llegaron al cargo al cumplir los requisitos del concurso de oposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si su intenci\u00f3n es mantenerse en el cargo, el <strong>pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o tendr\u00e1n que renunciar<\/strong>, para postularse como candidatos, hacer campa\u00f1a y esperar el apoyo de los electores para regresar a atender un juzgado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sesi\u00f3n solemne privada, que no se transmiti\u00f3 por el canal Justicia TV, ni en las redes del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (PJF), los <strong>23 nuevos jueces protestaron ante los integrantes del Pleno de la SCJN <\/strong>y del Consejo de la Judicatura Federal (CJF), en la sede de San \u00c1ngel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La convocatoria estableci\u00f3 que se deb\u00eda presentar el Pleno de Corte, sin embargo, no acudieron las ministras Ana Margarita R\u00edos Farjat, y sus colegas Loretta Ortiz Ahlf, Yasm\u00edn Esquivel Mossa y Lenia Batres Guadarrama, estas tres \u00faltimas se manifestaron abiertamente a favor de la Reforma Judicial que propone la elecci\u00f3n de jueces por voto popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro <strong>Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar Morales<\/strong>, quien concluye con su periodo como integrante de la SCJN en noviembre de este a\u00f1o, fue el orador oficial, destac\u00f3 que gracias a la carrera judicial los nuevos funcionarios llegaron por su esfuerzo al aprobar los ex\u00e1menes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuentes de la SCJN indicaron que tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 la consejera de la Judicatura Lilia M\u00f3nica L\u00f3pez Ben\u00edtez, cuyo mensaje fue en el mismo sentido, de reconocer el esfuerzo de los jueces de Distrito por aprobar en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n con las mejores calificaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras aprobarse la Reforma Judicial, que propone la elecci\u00f3n de jueces por medio de elecciones, este mi\u00e9rcoles la presidenta de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, ministra Norma Pi\u00f1a, tom\u00f3 protesta a 23 nuevos jueces de Distrito.
