{"id":16197,"date":"2024-09-10T04:12:15","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T04:12:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=16197"},"modified":"2024-09-10T04:12:15","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T04:12:15","slug":"mantiene-scjn-paro-hasta-que-senado-vote-reforma-judicial-el-proximo-jueves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/09\/10\/mantiene-scjn-paro-hasta-que-senado-vote-reforma-judicial-el-proximo-jueves\/","title":{"rendered":"Mantiene SCJN paro hasta que Senado vote reforma judicial el pr\u00f3ximo jueves"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El pleno de la Suprema Corte acord\u00f3 mantener el paro de actividades como protesta en contra de la reforma judicial que ya se procesa en el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n a puerta cerrada, ocho ministros y ministras votaron por extender el paro de actividades hasta el jueves 12 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esa fecha ya se habr\u00e1 definido si Morena y aliados pudieron reunir la mayor\u00eda calificada para aprobar la reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A favor del paro votaron Alfredo Guti\u00e9rrez Ortiz Mena, Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Alc\u00e1ntara Carranc\u00e1, Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar, Jorge Mario Pardo Rebolledo, Margarita R\u00edos Farjat, Javier Laynez Potisek, Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n y Norma Luc\u00eda Pi\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contra votaron las ministras Yasm\u00edn Esquivel Mossa y Loretta Ortiz Ahlf. Tambi\u00e9n se registr\u00f3 la abstenci\u00f3n de la ministra Lenia Batres Guadarrama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras dure el paro se mantendr\u00e1n guardias para recibir los asuntos; adem\u00e1s, se declar\u00f3 que las Salas deber\u00e1n acordar si celebran sesi\u00f3n a distancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se dar\u00e1 tramitaci\u00f3n de los asuntos urgentes conforme al criterio de las ministras y los ministros a los que corresponda proveer en el \u00e1mbito de su competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo 12 de septiembre, el Pleno del Alto Tribunal valorar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n que prevalece y adoptar\u00e1 las medidas conducentes, seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 en el comunicado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pleno de la Suprema Corte acord\u00f3 mantener el paro de actividades como protesta en contra de la reforma judicial que ya se procesa en el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica.
