Como lo prometi\u00f3 en d\u00edas anteriores, el presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, este jueves 5 de septiembre\u00a0funcionarios del gobierno federal presentaron un informe sobre el caso de Seguridad Alimentaria Mexicana (Segalmex), con el fin explicar el da\u00f1o patrimonial y denuncias correspondientes <\/strong>que se han presentado al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este contexto, tom\u00f3 la palabra el secretario de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SFP), Roberto Salcedo, quien inform\u00f3 que el da\u00f1o patrimonial confirmado por el caso de corrupci\u00f3n en Segalmex asciende a 2 mil 700 millones de pesos<\/strong> de los 9 mil 500 millones que fueron observados en las cuentas p\u00fablicas de 2019 y 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunado a lo anterior, el funcionario detall\u00f3 que todav\u00eda est\u00e1n en proceso de an\u00e1lisis otros 2 mil 100 millones de pesos<\/strong>, sin embargo, precis\u00f3, fueron aclarados y recuperados 4 mil 700 millones de pesos. Adem\u00e1s, el secretario especific\u00f3 que \u201cfueron remitidos al tribunal de justicia administrativa los expedientes para que pongan sanciones por tratarse de faltas graves\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otra de las presentes en la conferencia ma\u00f1anera del presidente fue Grisel Galeano Garc\u00eda, titular de la Procuradur\u00eda Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, quien desde Palacio Nacional, explic\u00f3 que por este caso se han presentado 156 denuncias por los delitos de delincuencia organizada, lavado de dinero, defraudaci\u00f3n fiscal, uso il\u00edcito de atribuciones, peculado, enriquecimiento il\u00edcito y captaci\u00f3n directa de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 funcionarios est\u00e1n encarcelados?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Galeano Garc\u00eda aprovech\u00f3 su intervenci\u00f3n para revelar el nombre y puestos de exfuncionarios de Segalmex<\/a> que incurrieron en faltas. En este rubro se inform\u00f3 que se giraron 47 \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong>, de las cuales 26 personas fueron vinculadas a proceso penal, 9 servidores p\u00fablicos y 7 particulares y una persona detenida en Argentina con fines de extradici\u00f3n a M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los tres principales funcionarios involucrados en esta acci\u00f3n de corrupci\u00f3n son:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Ren\u00e9 ‘N’, extitular de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas de Segalmex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Manuel ‘N’, extitular de la Direcci\u00f3n Comercial de Segalmex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Jos\u00e9 ‘N’, extitular del \u00c1rea de Operaciones de Diconsa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
