Somos ahora los primeros socios comerciales en todo el mundo\u201d, dijo el diplom\u00e1tico durante una conferencia de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, volvi\u00f3 a advertir sobre la pol\u00e9mica reforma al Poder Judicial que busca, entre otras cosas, <strong>la elecci\u00f3n de jueces por voto popular<\/strong>, pues si bien dijo que es una decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, insisti\u00f3 en que hay preocupaciones de personas de diferentes sectores en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstoy en acuerdo que s\u00ed se tienen que hacer reformas para fortalecer la corte (&#8230;) si no se hace de manera bien puede traer much\u00edsimo da\u00f1o en la relaci\u00f3n. Eso no lo digo yo nada m\u00e1s como embajador, eso lo digo yo por todas las preocupaciones que me est\u00e1n llegando de gente que <strong>de veras quiere lo mejor para M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y Estados Unidos\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que respeta la soberan\u00eda mexicana, pero explic\u00f3 que si ha comentado sobre la reforma es <strong>por las preocupaciones que le han llegado<\/strong> en su papel de representante de Estados Unidos en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo es que estamos nosotros quit\u00e1ndole de cualquier manera la soberan\u00eda de M\u00e9xico, respetamos esa soberan\u00eda de M\u00e9xico. Pero esas (preocupaciones) <strong>me llegan a m\u00ed de much\u00edsimos (personajes)<\/strong> y es importante que, los que vayan a hacer esas decisiones, vayan conociendo qu\u00e9 son esas preocupaciones\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos siguen trabajando en temas econ\u00f3micos, fronterizos y de seguridad pues <strong>\u201cson de importancia para los pueblos\u201d<\/strong> y no se pueden pausar solo porque \u201calguien se enoja\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSeguimos trabajando much\u00edsimo <strong>con el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, en la vida diaria<\/strong>\u201d, record\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pol\u00e9mica entre Salazar y L\u00f3pez Obrador ocurri\u00f3 porque el representante de Estados Unidos en M\u00e9xico critic\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente el proyecto de reforma judicial, que busca la elecci\u00f3n de jueces por voto popular en M\u00e9xico, lo que ha<strong> despertado inquietud entre inversionistas<\/strong> y pol\u00edticos estadounidenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estas alertas se sum\u00f3 la Embajada de Canad\u00e1 en M\u00e9xico, que report\u00f3<strong> preocupaci\u00f3n de los inversionistas<\/strong> por estas reformas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial pretende realizar elecciones en dos primeros momentos, en 2025 y 2027, para elegir a la totalidad de los ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (SCJN) y <strong>todos los jueces y magistrados federales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa ha generado incertidumbre a nivel global, lo que ha repercutido en una volatilidad en torno al tipo de cambio peso mexicano-d\u00f3lar y
