Estas correspondieron a una tasa nacional de 67.5 por cada 100 mil mujeres en edad f\u00e9rtil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>2023<\/strong>, el primer lugar lo tuvo el Estado de M\u00e9xico con 4 mil 302, en el lugar 14,<strong> Tamaulipas con 554<\/strong> y en el \u00faltimo sitio Baja California Sur con 127 casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que en el <strong>2022<\/strong>, el Estado de M\u00e9xico tuvo 4 mil 280; <strong>Tamaulipas 582<\/strong>; Baja California Sur 138 y el menor n\u00famero lo tuvo Campeche con 137 defunciones fetales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regresando a los datos del 2023, tenemos que del total de muertes fetales, el 81.7 por ciento ocurri\u00f3 antes del parto, 17.2 por ciento sucedi\u00f3 durante el parto y en 1.1 por ciento de los casos no se especific\u00f3 el momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que, el<strong> 53.2 por ciento<\/strong> de los casos de muertes fetales correspondi\u00f3 al sexo masculino y<strong> 37.4 por ciento<\/strong> al femenino y en el 9.4 por ciento de los casos no se especific\u00f3 el sexo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las Estad\u00edsticas de Defunciones Fetales se obtienen de los registros administrativos derivados de la expedici\u00f3n del permiso de inhumaci\u00f3n que realizan las oficinas del Registro Civil distribuidas en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las defunciones fetales en Tamaulipas\u00a0van a la baja al pasar de 582 a 554 en un a\u00f1o, sin embargo, la entidad se mantiene en el lugar n\u00famero 14 del ranking nacional entre las 32 entidades del pa\u00eds.
