{"id":15964,"date":"2024-08-29T05:14:38","date_gmt":"2024-08-29T05:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=15964"},"modified":"2024-08-29T05:14:39","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T05:14:39","slug":"hay-graves-omisiones-en-caso-de-menor-asesinada-por-militares-en-nuevo-laredo-hrw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/08\/29\/hay-graves-omisiones-en-caso-de-menor-asesinada-por-militares-en-nuevo-laredo-hrw\/","title":{"rendered":"Hay \u2018graves omisiones\u2019 en caso de menor asesinada por militares en Nuevo Laredo: HRW"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/strong> cometi\u00f3 \u201cgraves omisiones\u201d en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el papel del Ej\u00e9rcito en el asesinato de una ni\u00f1a de cuatro a\u00f1os en 2022, seg\u00fan un informe publicado este mi\u00e9rcoles por <strong>Human Rights Watch (HRW)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda \u201c<strong>no investig\u00f3 adecuadamente la acusaci\u00f3n de que soldados dispararon y mataron<\/strong>\u201d a una menor la noche del <strong>31 de agosto de 2022 en Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas<\/strong>, refiri\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ente investigador \u201c<strong>nunca adopt\u00f3 bases para corroborar la versi\u00f3n de los militares (&#8230;), a pesar de las irregularidades en las pruebas presentadas por los soldados y las inconsistencias<\/strong>\u201d entre la cronolog\u00eda que expusieron y videos de la noche del tiroteo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 HRW en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tampoco dio seguimiento al resultado de una prueba que mostr\u00f3 una posible <strong>relaci\u00f3n entre la bala que mat\u00f3 a la menor y una de las armas que portaba un soldado esa noche<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para <strong>Juanita Goebertus, directora de la Divisi\u00f3n de las Am\u00e9ricas de HRW<\/strong>, aceptar \u201ccomo un hecho\u201d la versi\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa (Sedena), que excusa a los soldados de toda responsabilidad, \u201cser\u00eda una f\u00f3rmula perfecta para la impunidad\u201d , seg\u00fan el comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la familia, la menor muri\u00f3 cuando el auto en el que viajaban por el centro de Nuevo Laredo <strong>fue atacado a tiros por soldados<\/strong>. La Sedena sostiene que fue asesinada por <strong>miembros no identificados de un grupo criminal<\/strong> que supuestamente abri\u00f3 fuego contra los militares que estaban cerca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La investigaci\u00f3n de HRW<\/strong>, que incluye documentos, visitas al lugar del tiroteo y consultas con peritos forenses y en bal\u00edstica, <strong>avala la versi\u00f3n de los familiares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ONG denuncia, adem\u00e1s, que <strong>el ej\u00e9rcito \u201chostig\u00f3\u00bb a la familia despu\u00e9s de que esta rechaz\u00f3 el ofrecimiento de un funcionario de la Sedena de apoyarla<\/strong> si acced\u00eda a \u201cdejar de hablar p\u00fablicamente\u201d del caso, seg\u00fan el testimonio de Cristina P\u00e9rez, madre de la ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cr\u00edmenes cometidos supuestamente por <strong>agentes del Estado en el marco del combate militarizado a los c\u00e1rteles<\/strong> son un problema latente en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan expertos y activistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s de 450 mil personas han sido asesinadas y unas 100 mil se reportan como desaparecidas desde el inicio de esta ofensiva a finales de 2006, durante el sexenio de <strong>Felipe Calder\u00f3n<\/strong>.
