C\u00e1rdenas <\/strong>afirm\u00f3 que el rechazo a la reforma al Poder Judicial no debe ser una cuesti\u00f3n de partidos, sino de principios, por lo que ratific\u00f3 que el tricolor mantiene su postura en contra de cualquier intento por desmantelarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEs momento de decidir si queremos un pa\u00eds donde el Estado de Derecho prevalezca y las instituciones aut\u00f3nomas se mantengan fuertes, o si, por el contrario, permitiremos que los intereses particulares socaven las bases de nuestra democracia\u201d, <\/em>manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlito\u201d sostuvo que el PRI, fiel a su compromiso con M\u00e9xico, se posiciona del lado de<strong> la defensa de los derechos humanos, la justicia y la autonom\u00eda del Poder Judicia<\/strong>l, en beneficio de toda la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso que diversos sectores de la sociedad, incluyendo el sector empresarial, embajadores de naciones aliadas y estrat\u00e9gicas, as\u00ed como destacados juristas, acad\u00e9micos y trabajadores, han alzado la voz en favor de la autonom\u00eda e independencia del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moreno C\u00e1rdenas <\/strong>indic\u00f3 que esos llamados deben ser escuchados con atenci\u00f3n y seriedad, dejando de lado dogmas, odios y consignas que solo dividen a la naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, record\u00f3 que, a lo largo de los a\u00f1os<strong>, M\u00e9xico ha firmado y ratificado tratados internacionales <\/strong>que obligan a mantener y fortalecer a los \u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos, esenciales para la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y la preservaci\u00f3n de las libertades fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEstos compromisos internacionales no son meras formalidades; son un reflejo del respeto que M\u00e9xico tiene hacia el Estado de Derecho y la justicia\u201d,<\/em> dijo el dirigente nacional del tricolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manifest\u00f3 que el <strong>PRI <\/strong>hace un llamado a todos los actores pol\u00edticos y sociales para que, en un acto de responsabilidad y madurez democr\u00e1tica, se analicen las reformas necesarias para el <strong>Poder Judicial <\/strong>de manera objetiva y sin prejuicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que <strong>la reforma judicial que M\u00e9xico <\/strong>necesita debe ser una que fortalezca las instituciones, garantice el respeto a los derechos humanos y asegure la independencia del Poder Judicial, alej\u00e1ndose de cualquier intento de centralizaci\u00f3n del poder que podr\u00eda poner en riesgo las libertades fundamentales de la
