dictada por un juez chihuahuense por el desv\u00edo de 98.6 millones de pesos del erario de esa entidad y que cuando se le intent\u00f3 detener, la fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, lo impidi\u00f3, el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional solicit\u00f3 al INE, declararlo inelegible para ocupar la senadur\u00eda para la que fue propuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un documento en el que se hace toda la relator\u00eda de las pruebas y circunstancias de la investigaci\u00f3n en Chihuahua y las declaraciones del fiscal chihuahuense sobre el impedimento para su detenci\u00f3n, el partido considera que se acredita que \u201cJavier Corral Jurado es inelegible para el cargo de Senador por encontrarse en el supuesto establecido en la fracci\u00f3n V del art\u00edculo 38 de la Constituci\u00f3n general, en atenci\u00f3n a que existe una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n vigente en su contra y se encuentra pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto se solicita a la Comisi\u00f3n de Prerrogativas y Partidos Pol\u00edticos que convoque a una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria urgente para <strong>modificar el anteproyecto para asignaci\u00f3n de
