{"id":15778,"date":"2024-08-22T04:23:07","date_gmt":"2024-08-22T04:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=15778"},"modified":"2024-08-22T04:23:07","modified_gmt":"2024-08-22T04:23:07","slug":"enfrenta-tamaulipas-deficit-de-impartidores-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/08\/22\/enfrenta-tamaulipas-deficit-de-impartidores-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Enfrenta Tamaulipas d\u00e9ficit de impartidores de justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hay en M\u00e9xico y Tamaulipas un <strong>d\u00e9ficit en impartidores de justicia<\/strong>, dijo Octavio Garc\u00eda Ramos, coordinador de los magistrados en Ciudad Victoria, al dar a conocer los riesgos que implica la reforma judicial que rechazan, los que van desde la impartici\u00f3n de justicia hasta la carrera judicial, entre otros m\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEn M\u00e9xico debemos tener un d\u00e9ficit de m\u00e1s de un 50 por ciento, pero por lo menos, necesitar\u00edamos tener el doble de juzgadores por lo menos, para no generar un rezago importante, porque nos supera la carga de trabajo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay pa\u00edses que tienen por cada 100 mil habitantes alrededor de <strong>150 juzgadores<\/strong> en todas las ramas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cRecordemos que no pensemos en un solo juez, tenemos muchas materias, muchas \u00e1reas del derecho que necesitan juzgadores\u201d, agreg\u00f3, \u201ccon lo que en M\u00e9xico no se tiene el n\u00famero de juzgadores necesarios por cada n\u00famero de habitantes que se necesitan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Del rechazo a la reforma judicial, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no solamente la carrera judicial es la que est\u00e1 en juego, \u201ces el que tengamos la certeza que van a acceder a las categor\u00edas de juzgadores, las personas mejores capacitadas\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cNosotros somos producto de una carrera judicial. No iniciamos de buenas a primeras como juzgador, tenemos una formaci\u00f3n desde las categor\u00edas en las que hay un sistema de ascenso, un verdadero servicio civil de carrera\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuestionado en torno a que si ven un riesgo de que el crimen organizado pueda inmiscuirse en los asuntos de elecciones de jueces y magistrados, respondi\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPues siempre habr\u00e1 ese riesgo, siempre abre ese riesgo como sucede en otro tipo de \u00e1mbitos, evidentemente.
