{"id":15641,"date":"2024-08-16T06:07:57","date_gmt":"2024-08-16T06:07:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=15641"},"modified":"2024-08-16T06:07:58","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T06:07:58","slug":"cofepris-autoriza-mas-pruebas-para-detectar-virus-respiratorios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/08\/16\/cofepris-autoriza-mas-pruebas-para-detectar-virus-respiratorios\/","title":{"rendered":"Cofepris autoriza m\u00e1s pruebas para detectar virus respiratorios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris) inform\u00f3 que aprob\u00f3 19 dispositivos para diagn\u00f3stico, entre los que destacan pruebas r\u00e1pidas in vitro para la detecci\u00f3n cualitativa del ant\u00edgeno de SARS-CoV-2 y kits de PCR en tiempo real para virus de influenza A y B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n expidi\u00f3 el registro a ocho ensayos cl\u00ednicos nuevos, entre ellos uno dirigido a evaluar la seguridad, tolerabilidad e inmunogenicidad de vacunas basadas en ARN contra variantes del coronavirus en infantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior forma parte de los 262 insumos para la salud que Cofepris autoriz\u00f3 en los \u00faltimos quince d\u00edas, los cuales se pueden consultar en el Informe Quincenal de Ampliaci\u00f3n Terap\u00e9utica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que tambi\u00e9n otorg\u00f3 el registro sanitario a 39 medicamentos, entre los cuales hay mol\u00e9culas innovadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ya se hab\u00eda anunciado con anterioridad, se autoriz\u00f3 la comercializaci\u00f3n de nirmatrelvir\/ritonavir (Paxlovid), el primer f\u00e1rmaco para prevenir hospitalizaciones y mortalidad por covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, entre otros, se otorg\u00f3 el registro sanitario a tildrakizumab, que se utiliza en tratamientos oncol\u00f3gicos, y a evogliptina, un medicamento para pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo 2.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris) inform\u00f3 que aprob\u00f3 19 dispositivos para diagn\u00f3stico, entre los que destacan pruebas r\u00e1pidas in vitro para la detecci\u00f3n cualitativa del ant\u00edgeno de SARS-CoV-2 y kits de PCR en tiempo real para virus de influenza A y B.
