{"id":15631,"date":"2024-08-16T05:32:57","date_gmt":"2024-08-16T05:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=15631"},"modified":"2024-08-16T05:32:58","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T05:32:58","slug":"reforma-judicial-de-amlo-provocara-tardanza-en-resolver-problemas-jueces-del-pjf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/08\/16\/reforma-judicial-de-amlo-provocara-tardanza-en-resolver-problemas-jueces-del-pjf\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma judicial de AMLO provocar\u00e1 tardanza en resolver problemas: Jueces del PJF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n de una reforma judicial que contempla despedir a todos los jueces y magistrados del pa\u00eds, va a frenar el sistema de justicia en M\u00e9xico, advirti\u00f3 la directora de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Magistrados de Circuito y Jueces de Distrito del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n<strong> (Jufed), Juana Fuentes Vel\u00e1zquez.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista para Aristegui en Vivo, la jueza Fuentes Vel\u00e1zquez dijo que ser\u00e1n<strong> miles de personas afectadas por la separaci\u00f3n de su cargo de todos los juzgadores<\/strong> que est\u00e1n en funciones a nivel federal y estatal, incluyendo a la poblaci\u00f3n penitenciaria que se encuentra sujeta a la prisi\u00f3n preventiva, pero sin que se le haya dictado una sentencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, consider\u00f3 lamentable que el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador se haya burlado de los trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n al desestimar el paro de labores anunciado de manera conjunta por jueces, magistrados y trabajadores de juzgados y tribunales federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 que siguen en pl\u00e1ticas con los trabajadores para ver lo de un posible paro de labores y advirti\u00f3 que de pasar la reforma judicial en los t\u00e9rminos que el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador <strong>\u201cgenerar\u00eda serios problemas en el sistema de justicia<\/strong> y en la gente que permanece en prisi\u00f3n, esperando a que se resuelvan sus asuntos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsto va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un paro de labores, si se aprueba la reforma justamente lo que AMLO dimensiona sobre<strong> la dilaci\u00f3n de la justicia o la tardanza en resolver asuntos<\/strong>, es lo que va a pasar con el despido de los juzgadores\u201d, sentenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n de una reforma judicial que contempla despedir a todos los jueces y magistrados del pa\u00eds, va a frenar el sistema de justicia en M\u00e9xico, advirti\u00f3 la directora de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Magistrados de Circuito y Jueces de Distrito del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (Jufed), Juana Fuentes Vel\u00e1zquez.
