{"id":15348,"date":"2024-08-06T04:14:58","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T04:14:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=15348"},"modified":"2024-08-06T04:14:59","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T04:14:59","slug":"fiscalia-de-venezuela-abre-investigacion-a-machado-y-gonzalez-por-usurpacion-de-funciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/08\/06\/fiscalia-de-venezuela-abre-investigacion-a-machado-y-gonzalez-por-usurpacion-de-funciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda de Venezuela abre investigaci\u00f3n a Machado y Gonz\u00e1lez por usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El fiscal general de <strong>Venezuela<\/strong>, Tarek Saab, anunci\u00f3 hoy 5 de agosto de 2024 la apertura de una <strong>investigaci\u00f3n penal contra los l\u00edderes opositores Mar\u00eda Corina Machado y Edmundo Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong>por \u00abincitaci\u00f3n a funcionarios policiales y militares a la desobediencia de las leyes\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Machado y Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> publicaron el lunes una carta conjunta en la que hicieron \u00abun llamado a la conciencia de militares y polic\u00edas para que se coloquen al lado del pueblo y de sus propios familias\u00bb al respetar los resultados de los comicios presidenciales del 28 de julio, que dicen que ganaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado divulgado en su cuenta de X, <strong>Tarek Saab <\/strong>dijo que por su pronunciamiento,<strong> Machado y Gonz\u00e1lez habr\u00edan incurrido en los delitos de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones<\/strong>, difusi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n falsa para causar zozobra, instigaci\u00f3n a la desobediencia de las leyes, instigaci\u00f3n a la insurrecci\u00f3n, asociaci\u00f3n para delinquir y conspiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal dijo que en su comunicaci\u00f3n, Machado y Gonz\u00e1lez \u00abfalsamente anuncian un ganador de las elecciones presidenciales distinto al proclamado por el Consejo Nacional Electoral\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los opositores publicaron en la red social<strong> X una carta dirigida a los venezolanos, militares y polic\u00edas, en la que aseguran que lograron una victoria \u00ababrumadora\u00bb<\/strong> y que \u00abdesde el m\u00e1s humilde ciudadano, testigo, miembro de mesa, oficial de la Fuerza Armada, polic\u00eda, hasta organismos internacionales y gobiernos, lo saben\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fin de semana, Saab dijo a la emisora colombiana Caracol que su despacho no hab\u00eda emitido \u00f3rdenes de captura contra <strong>Machado<\/strong>, una ingeniera industrial de 56 a\u00f1os, y Gonz\u00e1lez, un exembajador de 74 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante un recrudecimiento del discurso contra los opositores, a quienes el Gobierno califica de fascistas y extremistas, Machado y Gonz\u00e1lez hab\u00edan bajado su perfil desde mediados de la semana pasada.
