ONU<\/strong> y en todos los organismos\u201d, refiri\u00f3 el presidente mexicano preguntado por el escrito que difundi\u00f3 Margaret Satterthwaite como cr\u00edtica a la reforma judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario expres\u00f3 que la materia correspond\u00eda a M\u00e9xico como pa\u00eds independiente y no era competencia de dicho organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 se meten?\u201d,<\/strong> pregunt\u00f3 de forma ret\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo voy a responderle\u201d, respondi\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Obrador en referencia a la carta que la relatora especial le dirigi\u00f3 con los motivos que le generaban dudas y preocupaci\u00f3n sobre la reforma constitucional que pretende i<strong>nstaurar la elecci\u00f3n popular de jueces y magistrados en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, proyecto insignia del presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Satterthwaite consider\u00f3 que las iniciativas impactar\u00edan directamente en el funcionamiento de la Judicatura al someter el mecanismo de selecci\u00f3n de jueces a un procedimiento en el que las consideraciones pol\u00edticas <strong>\u201cpodr\u00edan f\u00e1cilmente superponerse a los m\u00e9ritos objetivos de un candidato\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta y otras muchas cr\u00edticas al proyecto, <strong>fueron expuestas en una carta p\u00fablica de doce p\u00e1ginas<\/strong> publicada el jueves por la relatora
