El proyecto con <strong>una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de 250 millones de pesos <\/strong>tiene el objetivo de fomentar el comercio binacional, adem\u00e1s de incrementar los niveles de seguridad para operadores, transportistas, importadores y exportadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cLa construcci\u00f3n del segundo puente del Libramiento MEX II, ayudar\u00e1 a consolidarnos como la Capital Aduanera de Am\u00e9rica Latina, porque no s\u00f3lo estamos resolviendo un problema de infraestructura, sino que elevaremos nuestra competitividad al contar con una v\u00eda de acceso al Puente del Comercio Mundial r\u00e1pida y segura\u201d, in<\/em>dic\u00f3 Carmen Lilia Canturrosas Villareal, presidenta municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 sabemos sobre el proyecto de ampliaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se espera que <strong>la construcci\u00f3n del segundo puente<\/strong> se inicie a principios de septiembre, despu\u00e9s de conseguir las respectivas licencias oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tiene contemplado que el puente alcance una longitud de 944.72 metros, teniendo un ancho de 14.15 metros, el cual contar\u00e1 con <strong>rampas y parapetos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEsta obra, que estamos por iniciar, era un compromiso que ten\u00edamos con los miles de operadores de la ciudad que diariamente utilizan esta v\u00eda para contribuir al dinamismo comercial de nuestra frontera\u201d,<\/em> afirm\u00f3 Canturosas Villarreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Datos del Libramiento Mex II: qu\u00e9 es y cu\u00e1les son sus ventajas para la ciudad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Diccionario del Espa\u00f1ol de M\u00e9xico (DEM) <\/strong>define un <strong>libramiento <\/strong>como un <em>\u201ccamino que permite rodear una ciudad sin entrar en ella, que une carreteras y comunica diversas zonas de manera eficaz\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>la Sociedad Construobras de la Garza,<\/strong> el<strong> Libramiento Mex II <\/strong>fue un <strong>proyecto iniciado en 2012 <\/strong>por la Secretar\u00eda de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Transportes, con el n\u00famero de contrato 2-2-CE-A-509-W-0-2, en el subtramo 2-2-CE-A-509-W-0-2 de la carretera Monterrey &#8211; Nuevo Laredo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>empresa de construcci\u00f3n Vise <\/strong>indica que los libramientos aportan las siguientes ventajas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Impide la destrucci\u00f3n de pavimentos urbanos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disminuye la congesti\u00f3n vial, accidentes, cruce de sustancias peligrosas y contaminaci\u00f3n por gases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita la contaminaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica y auditiva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce el tiempo de recorrido y los costos de transportaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, se planea construir un segundo puente en <strong>el libramiento Mex sobre la carretera An\u00e1huac<\/strong> con un presupuesto de 250 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la ciudad fronteriza de Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, se prev\u00e9 construir un segundo puente en el libramiento Mex II sobre la carretera An\u00e1huac.
