La empresa de Houston, Element Fuel Holdings LLC invertir\u00e1 entre 3 mil y 4 mil millones de d\u00f3lares en el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con un informe del <em>Houston Business Journal,<\/em> la nueva refiner\u00eda contar\u00e1 con capacidad para producir <strong>m\u00e1s de 160 mil barriles por d\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>de gasolina, di\u00e9sel y combustible<\/strong> para aviones a partir de la producci\u00f3n petrolera del mineral denominado esquisto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDado que nadie ha construido una refiner\u00eda en 50 a\u00f1os, probablemente haya una mejor manera de hacerlo.
