{"id":13740,"date":"2024-05-31T05:05:33","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T05:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=13740"},"modified":"2024-05-31T05:05:33","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T05:05:33","slug":"cuando-inicia-la-ley-seca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/05\/31\/cuando-inicia-la-ley-seca\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuando inicia la &#8216;Ley seca&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este domingo 2 de junio se realizar\u00e1 el <strong>proceso electoral<\/strong> en todo M\u00e9xico y en Tamaulipas la ley marca la aplicaci\u00f3n de <strong>Ley Seca<\/strong>, es decir se proh\u00edbe la <strong>venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas <\/strong>a la poblaci\u00f3n, te contamos en qu\u00e9 d\u00edas y horario se aplicar\u00e1 esta restricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ley Electoral de Tamaulipas marca como obligatorio <strong>no vender bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas<\/strong> en el marco de un proceso electoral donde la ciudadan\u00eda acude a las urnas a votar por su candidato o candidata que los convenci\u00f3 con sus propuestas durante el periodo de campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 d\u00edas habr\u00e1 Ley Seca en Tamaulipas debido a las elecciones 2024?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo 267 de la Ley Electoral de Tamaulipas se\u00f1ala que \u201cEl d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n y el precedente no se podr\u00e1n expender bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas\u201d, es decir que la <strong>restricci\u00f3n de venta de alcohol<\/strong> empieza desde el primer minuto del s\u00e1bado 1 de junio y termina al finalizar el 2 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que durante el s\u00e1bado y el domingo, los negocios que venden bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas no podr\u00e1n ofrecerlas a los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida aplica para dep\u00f3sitos, tiendas de autoservicio, tiendas de conveniencia, bares, cantinas, centros de espect\u00e1culos, es decir todo aquel que venda bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tiendas de conveniencia y de autoservicio ya colocaron avisos para que sus clientes est\u00e9n enterados de esta medida y no se sorprendan si les niegan la venta durante esos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/images.milenio.com\/cFhjhGwYwpKiVwXgsqdZGVJyD6M=\/375x0\/uploads\/media\/2024\/05\/29\/tiendas-avisan-ley-seca-tamaulipas.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Tiendas avisan sobre Ley Seca en Tamaulipas por elecciones 2024.\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Tiendas avisan sobre Ley Seca en Tamaulipas por elecciones 2024.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la <strong>ley seca<\/strong> se busca que los ciudadanos tengan mayor conciencia para votar, as\u00ed que durante el d\u00eda de la jornada electoral queda prohibida la venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, sin embargo esto no significa que las personas no tomar\u00e1n alcohol, ya que algunos se preparan y compran antes de la restricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este domingo 2 de junio se realizar\u00e1 el proceso electoral en todo M\u00e9xico y en Tamaulipas la ley marca la aplicaci\u00f3n de Ley Seca, es decir se proh\u00edbe la venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas a la poblaci\u00f3n, te contamos en qu\u00e9 d\u00edas y horario se aplicar\u00e1 esta restricci\u00f3n.
