{"id":13697,"date":"2024-05-30T05:24:41","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T05:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=13697"},"modified":"2024-05-30T05:24:43","modified_gmt":"2024-05-30T05:24:43","slug":"anuncia-el-ine-instalacion-de-mesa-permanente-de-seguridad-hasta-el-final-de-las-elecciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/05\/30\/anuncia-el-ine-instalacion-de-mesa-permanente-de-seguridad-hasta-el-final-de-las-elecciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Anuncia el INE instalaci\u00f3n de mesa permanente de seguridad hasta el final de las elecciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La consejera del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), Carla Humphrey, anunci\u00f3 la<strong> instalaci\u00f3n de una \u201cmesa permanente\u201d<\/strong> entre distintas autoridades de <strong>seguridad<\/strong> que estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el final de las elecciones del 2 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo explic\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n del Consejo General del INE, en la que reiter\u00f3 el \u201ctema preocupante\u201d que supone la violencia vivida durante las campa\u00f1as electorales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe va a instalar una mesa ya permanente desde el d\u00eda de hoy hasta que se cierren las casillas (centros de votaci\u00f3n), hasta que se entreguen los paquetes electorales, (en la) que estar\u00e1n justamente todas las autoridades en materia de seguridad p\u00fablica pendientes del proceso electoral\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">521 solicitudes de protecci\u00f3n para personas candidatas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Humphrey cifr\u00f3 en 521 las solicitudes de protecci\u00f3n reclamadas por candidatos a diferentes puestos p\u00fablicos, en el marco del protocolo para \u201catender\u201d su seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta la fecha, se registraron <strong>22 aspirantes asesinados reconocidos por el gobierno<\/strong>, aunque grupos independientes contabilizan m\u00e1s, como los 34 reportados por la consultora Integralia y los 39 de la consultora DataInt, que cuenta un total de 149 asesinatos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s de 27 mil elementos de las Fuerzas Armadas para resguardar elecciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, habr\u00e1 un despliegue de 27 mil 245 miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas para el operativo de seguridad de las elecciones del 2 de junio que se sumar\u00e1n a los 233 mil 543 agentes que ya realizan tareas de seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlgunas personas, cuando ya se tienen estas medidas de protecci\u00f3n, deciden desistirse de tenerla. A nadie se le ha negado protecci\u00f3n, incluso asumimos casos locales que no eran competencia de este Instituto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INE no puede asumir funciones de seguridad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, el tambi\u00e9n consejero Arturo Castillo record\u00f3 que, si bien el INE se est\u00e1 coordinando con otros organismos para garantizar el correcto desarrollo de los comicios, \u201cno puede asumir las funciones del sistema nacional de seguridad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn el momento en el que la autoridad electoral comience a recabar informaci\u00f3n de inteligencia en materia de seguridad, ponemos en absoluto riesgo la organizaci\u00f3n de las elecciones\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que, de ser as\u00ed, los trabajadores del INE \u201cya no van a tener la libertad de moverse en el pa\u00eds\u201d como tienen hoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La discusi\u00f3n de este punto del d\u00eda termin\u00f3 con un minuto de silencio para todas las personas aspirantes a cargos p\u00fablicos que, a lo largo de la campa\u00f1a, han sido asesinadas.
