{"id":13436,"date":"2024-05-20T04:35:59","date_gmt":"2024-05-20T04:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=13436"},"modified":"2024-05-20T04:35:59","modified_gmt":"2024-05-20T04:35:59","slug":"mexicana-roba-identidad-para-tramitar-pasaporte-americano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/05\/20\/mexicana-roba-identidad-para-tramitar-pasaporte-americano\/","title":{"rendered":"MEXICANA ROBA IDENTIDAD PARA TRAMITAR PASAPORTE AMERICANO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una <strong>mujer mexicana <\/strong>se meti\u00f3 con el <strong>gobierno federal <\/strong>tramitando pasaporte norteamericano con datos de otra persona y obteniendo registro del <strong>Seguro Social <\/strong>tambi\u00e9n con identidad de la inocente v\u00edctima, ahora fue sentenciada a dos a\u00f1os y medio en prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy de 53 a\u00f1os de edad, <strong>Ana Elizabeth G\u00f3mez Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, se declar\u00f3 culpable este pasado 28 de agosto del 2023, ahora fue condenada este viernes 17 de mayo por el juez Keith Ellison, inform\u00f3 Alamdar Hamdani, Fiscal Federal del sur de Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se hace llamar <strong>Ana Elizabeth Gomez, Anna Elizabeth Gomez, Elizabeth Berbel, Elizabeth Ann Gomez, Tina Gomez-Manns y Anna Gomez, <\/strong>y&nbsp;deber\u00e1 pagar 3 mil 083.43 d\u00f3lares como restituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima de quien tom\u00f3 los datos personales esta mujer, declar\u00f3 en corte, acerca de todos los da\u00f1os, perjuicios, contratiempos y dem\u00e1s cosas negativas que le ocasion\u00f3, al hacerse pasar por ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 22 de marzo del 2019 Berel o G\u00f3mez aplic\u00f3 para un pasaporte estadounidense, se trataba de una renovaci\u00f3n o nuevo documento diplom\u00e1tico, pues antes tuvo otro. <strong>Ah\u00ed sobrevino su debacle como impostora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Berbel <\/strong>estuvo usando los datos de la persona afectada desde el 2001 y en el 2005 tuvo un encuentro con la ley en el Puente Internacional de Laredo, mostrando ella pasaporte estadounidense y tarjeta del Seguro Social, con datos de la v\u00edctima y fotograf\u00eda suya de G\u00f3mez o Berbel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una mujer mexicana se meti\u00f3 con el gobierno federal tramitando pasaporte norteamericano con datos de otra persona y obteniendo registro del Seguro Social tambi\u00e9n con identidad de la inocente v\u00edctima, ahora fue sentenciada a dos a\u00f1os y medio en prisi\u00f3n.
