{"id":13034,"date":"2024-05-06T04:26:21","date_gmt":"2024-05-06T04:26:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=13034"},"modified":"2024-05-06T04:26:22","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T04:26:22","slug":"protestan-trabajadores-del-pjf-contra-propuesta-de-amlo-para-elegir-jueces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/05\/06\/protestan-trabajadores-del-pjf-contra-propuesta-de-amlo-para-elegir-jueces\/","title":{"rendered":"Protestan Trabajadores del PJF contra propuesta de AMLO para elegir jueces"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cientos de trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (PJF) se manifestaron este domingo en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para exigir respeto a la <strong>autonom\u00eda e independencia judicial<\/strong> y rechazar la reforma que pretende elegir a jueces, magistrados y ministros por voto popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajadores, entre ellos, <strong>jueces<\/strong> y magistrados de distintos estados de M\u00e9xico, acudieron desde temprano al emblem\u00e1tico \u00c1ngel de la Independencia en el <strong>Paseo de la Reforma<\/strong>, la principal avenida de la capital mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto a las escalinatas del monumento, protegido con vallas de metal, los manifestantes montaron un templete desde donde los empleados judiciales defendieron su postura contra la reforma al Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/trabajadores-poder-judicial-protestan-reforma-amlo-elegir-jueces-050524-2.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/trabajadores-poder-judicial-protestan-reforma-amlo-elegir-jueces-050524-2-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma, impulsada por el presidente <strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong>, busca elegir a jueces, magistrados y ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia por voto popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, criticaron las intenciones de reducir su presupuesto y de eliminar fideicomisos a su favor; al tiempo que argumentaron el beneficio que su trabajo le presta a la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los protestantes criticaron al ministro en retiro <strong>Arturo Zald\u00edvar<\/strong> por -lo que consideraron- dejar la toga y ponerse el chaleco de un <strong>partido pol\u00edtico<\/strong>, en referencia a su salida del Supremo mexicano en 2023 para unirse a la campa\u00f1a de la morenista <strong>Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los manifestantes acudieron con camisetas blancas en las que se le\u00eda \u2018#TodosSomosPJF\u2019 y \u2018El PJF trabaja para defender los derechos. Hoy nos toca defendernos para defenderte\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/trabajadores-poder-judicial-protestan-reforma-amlo-elegir-jueces-050524-3.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/trabajadores-poder-judicial-protestan-reforma-amlo-elegir-jueces-050524-3-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo portaron carteles en los que se le\u00eda \u2018La ley s\u00ed es la ley\u2019, \u2018A m\u00ed no me eligi\u00f3 el pueblo, pero eleg\u00ed trabajar para el pueblo\u2019, \u2018la independencia judicial no es un privilegio de los jueces es un derecho de los ciudadanos\u2019, entre otros eslogan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los<strong> trabajadores del Poder Judicial<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n replicaron este acto en otras plazas del territorio mexicano, siendo su tercera movilizaci\u00f3n nacional para demandar independencia judicial y la divisi\u00f3n de poderes, en un contexto de confrontaci\u00f3n con el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, quien ha acusado a los jueces de ser corruptos, de ostentar privilegios y de frenar diversas pol\u00edticas de su Gobierno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cientos de trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (PJF) se manifestaron este domingo en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para exigir respeto a la autonom\u00eda e independencia judicial y rechazar la reforma que pretende elegir a jueces, magistrados y ministros por voto popular.
