presentaremos recursos de inconstitucionalidad: Triana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El diputado Jorge Triana Tena, vicecoordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN, advirti\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 22 de abril ser\u00e1 aprobada en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados la iniciativa que permitir\u00eda enviar <strong>las<\/strong> <strong>afores de las y los trabajadores de 70 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s<\/strong> que no han sido reclamadas, al Fondo de Pensiones para el Bienestar, debido a que<strong> Morena y sus partidos aliados son mayor\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>parlamentaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe va a aprobar porque Morena y aliados tiene mayor\u00eda, va a pasar a la colegisladora que es el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica y se va a publicar posteriormente; en cuanto esto suceda nosotros estaremos enderezando <strong>recursos de acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad<\/strong>, esto llegar\u00e1 a la Corte y no tenemos la duda de que lo vamos a ganar\u201d, asegur\u00f3 en <em>Aristegui En Vivo<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder parlamentario panista acus\u00f3 que el proyecto <strong>atenta contra la propiedad privada<\/strong> y el derecho a la libertad individual de que cada persona tenga la posibilidad de hacer lo que quieran con sus recursos, adem\u00e1s, acus\u00f3 al Gobierno federal de estar realizando un<strong> \u201crobo en despoblado\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsto violenta el derecho a la propiedad privada, el derecho a la libertad individual de cada persona para hacer lo que se le pegue la gana con su recurso, con sus ingresos, mantenerla en una cuenta, cambiarla de cuenta, ingresar m\u00e1s recursos a esta cuenta <strong>y el gobierno est\u00e1 haciendo, te lo dijo con todo el peso de esta frase, un robo en despoblado\u201d<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Triana explic\u00f3 qu\u00e9 fue lo que sucedi\u00f3 el pasado 17 de abril en el pleno de la c\u00e1mara baja, luego de que <strong>la sesi\u00f3n donde se llevaba a cabo el debate sobre este tema fue suspendida<\/strong> ante la detecci\u00f3n de cambios en el documento que se discut\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que la iniciativa original que present\u00f3 el grupo parlamentario de Morena dec\u00eda que cualquier persona que cumpla 70 a\u00f1os de edad iba a ser susceptible de que el gobierno transfiera el monto de su afore al Fondo del Bienestar, <strong>sin importar que estuviera trabajando en ese momento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDespu\u00e9s de presiones de la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, de los medios, de organizaciones civiles, Morena decidi\u00f3 dar un paso atr\u00e1s en la discusi\u00f3n de comisiones y <strong>coloc\u00f3 un p\u00e1rrafo que daba una excepci\u00f3n<\/strong> a esta posibilidad y dijo \u2018excepto las cuentas de aquellos trabajadores que a\u00fan, teniendo m\u00e1s de&nbsp; 70 a\u00f1os, mantengan un v\u00ednculo laboral en ese momento\u2019\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El panista sostuvo que esta modificaci\u00f3n fue agregada al dictamen que analiz\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Social el pasado lunes y que ese mismo d\u00eda fue aprobada;
