{"id":12529,"date":"2024-04-17T04:47:16","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T04:47:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=12529"},"modified":"2024-04-17T04:47:17","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T04:47:17","slug":"continua-el-estira-y-afloja-iniciativa-en-el-congreso-por-un-credito-de-120-mdp-para-nuevo-laredo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/04\/17\/continua-el-estira-y-afloja-iniciativa-en-el-congreso-por-un-credito-de-120-mdp-para-nuevo-laredo\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa el estira y afloja iniciativa en el Congreso por un cr\u00e9dito de 120 MDP para Nuevo Laredo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con 13 votos en contra, tres abstenciones y 20 a favor, la bancada del PAN <strong>rechaz\u00f3 <\/strong>un cr\u00e9dito por <strong>120 millones de pesos<\/strong> al Ayuntamiento de <strong>Nuevo Laredo<\/strong> para la inversi\u00f3n y financiamiento del proyecto integral de los sistemas de <strong>alcantarillado <\/strong>y <strong>saneamiento <\/strong>de dicho municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cr\u00e9dito fue solicitado desde el 15 de enero del 2024 al Congreso, el cual fue turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas, Planeaci\u00f3n, Presupuesto y Deuda P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este dictamen ya en una ocasi\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido <strong>integrado <\/strong>a la orden del d\u00eda, pero previo a iniciar la sesi\u00f3n fue <strong>bajado <\/strong>por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno y la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser rechazado en el pleno, integrantes de la bancada del <strong>PAN<\/strong> argumentaron que no votaron a favor de este pr\u00e9stamo porque aseguran que podr\u00eda ser utilizado para <strong>financiar <\/strong>las<strong> campa\u00f1as electorales<\/strong> en ese municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, los legisladores de <strong>Morena <\/strong>explicaron que este cr\u00e9dito es parte de un <strong>tr\u00e1mite <\/strong>del Banco de Desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica del Norte para poder evaluar la capacidad de su pago y liberarle al Ayuntamiento 22 millones de d\u00f3lares para <strong>rehabilitar<\/strong> la planta internacional de aguas residuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa ser\u00e1 <strong>turnada <\/strong>nuevamente a Comisiones para su posible <strong>modificaci\u00f3n <\/strong>y en el pleno legislativo podr\u00eda ser <strong>votada <\/strong>por las dos terceras partes de los legisladores presentes para su <strong>aprobaci\u00f3n<\/strong> o podr\u00eda ser, de nuevo, <strong>rechazada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica ordinaria de este 16 de abril inici\u00f3 cuatro horas despu\u00e9s de lo programado pese a que el 10 de abril se estipul\u00f3 que se comenzar\u00eda a las 12:00 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasadas las 15:00 horas, la diputada panista, <strong>Lidia Mart\u00ednez L\u00f3pez<\/strong> sac\u00f3 un meg\u00e1fono en el pleno legislativo para <strong>llamar<\/strong> al presidente de la Mesa Directiva, el diputado morenista, <strong>Eliphalet G\u00f3mez Lozano<\/strong>, quien no se encontraba en su lugar, para iniciar la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>retraso <\/strong>de cuatro horas de la sesi\u00f3n se debi\u00f3 supuestamente porque a\u00fan no se reun\u00edan los <strong>votos suficientes <\/strong>para que la iniciativa pudiera ser aprobada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con 13 votos en contra, tres abstenciones y 20 a favor, la bancada del PAN rechaz\u00f3 un cr\u00e9dito por 120 millones de pesos al Ayuntamiento de Nuevo Laredo para la inversi\u00f3n y financiamiento del proyecto integral de los sistemas de alcantarillado y saneamiento de dicho municipio.
