{"id":12397,"date":"2024-04-11T04:44:24","date_gmt":"2024-04-11T04:44:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=12397"},"modified":"2024-04-11T04:44:25","modified_gmt":"2024-04-11T04:44:25","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-influencer-fofo-marquez-por-tentativa-de-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/04\/11\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-influencer-fofo-marquez-por-tentativa-de-feminicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a influencer &#8216;Fofo&#8217; M\u00e1rquez por tentativa de feminicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El<strong> \u2018influencer\u2019 Rodolfo \u201cFofo\u201d M\u00e1rquez<\/strong> fue vinculado a proceso por <strong>tentativa de feminicidio<\/strong> por presuntamente agredir f\u00edsicamente a Edith \u201cN\u201d durante un incidente de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el juez de Control adscrito al Poder Judicial del <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra el creador de contenido, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en el <strong>Penal de Barrientos,<\/strong> ubicado en el municipio de <strong>Tlalnepantla<\/strong> de Baz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El influencer es acusado de haber golpeado a una mujer, de 54 a\u00f1os, el pasado 4 de abril durante un incidente de tr\u00e1nsito, hechos que fueron grabados y difundidos en redes sociales. En caso de ser encontrado culpable, podr\u00eda ser condenado hasta a 40 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1rquez fue detenido el pasado 4 de abril por elementos de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia (FGJ) d<\/strong>el Estado de M\u00e9xico, por la presunta agresi\u00f3n a una mujer&nbsp;en calles de la colonia<strong> La Brisa, de Naucalpan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto despu\u00e9s de que se viralizara en redes sociales un video en el que se observa al influencer golpear a una mujer a pu\u00f1etazos y patadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima narr\u00f3 que fue agredida tras golpear con el espejo derecho de su auto, el espejo izquierdo de otro autom\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que se baj\u00f3 de su camioneta e intent\u00f3 dialogar con la mujer que se encontraba en el interior del otro veh\u00edculo, pero no obtuvo respuesta; dijo que entonces llam\u00f3 por tel\u00e9fono a su aseguradora y fue en ese momento cuando M\u00e1rquez la increp\u00f3 y, posteriormente, la golpe\u00f3 con pu\u00f1etazos y patadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima ha narrado que la agresi\u00f3n no par\u00f3 hasta que intervinieron terceras personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1rquez fue trasladado al&nbsp;Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Tlalnepantla,&nbsp;donde qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del juez de control que lo requiri\u00f3.
