{"id":12329,"date":"2024-04-09T05:37:08","date_gmt":"2024-04-09T05:37:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=12329"},"modified":"2024-04-09T05:37:09","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T05:37:09","slug":"operadores-turisticos-de-peru-piden-al-gobierno-que-anule-solicitud-de-visa-a-mexicanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/04\/09\/operadores-turisticos-de-peru-piden-al-gobierno-que-anule-solicitud-de-visa-a-mexicanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Operadores tur\u00edsticos de Per\u00fa piden al Gobierno que anule solicitud de visa a mexicanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Peruana de Operadores de Turismo Receptivo e Interno (Apotur) solicit\u00f3 este domingo al Gobierno de Per\u00fa que <strong>deje sin efecto la decisi\u00f3n de solicitar visa a los mexicanos,<\/strong> anunciada en reciprocidad ante una medida similar dictada por el Gobierno de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSolicitamos a la se\u00f1ora presidente,<strong> Dina Boluarte<\/strong>, y al premier (primer ministro), Gustavo Adrianz\u00e9n, tengan a bien actuar y adoptar las medidas que sean necesarias <strong>para que el turismo de Per\u00fa no se vea perjudicado<\/strong> y perdamos todo lo poco que hemos avanzado en la integraci\u00f3n de nuestros pa\u00edses\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la Apotur en un pronunciamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el <strong>turismo \u201cha sido parte del discurso de la investidura del voto de confianza del Gabinete\u201d,<\/strong> que se present\u00f3 el pasado jueves ante el Congreso, y que, por ese motivo, esperan que ese ofrecimiento \u201cno sea una promesa incumplida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00fa anunci\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado que impondr\u00e1 el <strong>visado obligatorio para los ciudadanos de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> que decidan visitar su territorio, en aplicaci\u00f3n del \u201cprincipio de reciprocidad\u201d tras una medida similar tomada de manera \u201cunilateral\u201d por el pa\u00eds norteamericano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/visa-peru-mexico.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/visa-peru-mexico-700x394.jpg?resize=640%2C360&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Canciller\u00eda agreg\u00f3 que \u201clamenta esta decisi\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico que <strong>menoscaba los esfuerzos por mejorar las relaciones bilaterales<\/strong> y afecta los compromisos program\u00e1ticos asumidos en la Alianza del Pac\u00edfico para facilitar el libre movimiento de personas entre ambos pa\u00edses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, la Apotur manifest\u00f3 <strong>su \u201cm\u00e1s grande preocupaci\u00f3n por la decisi\u00f3n adoptada\u201d<\/strong> y sostuvo que aunque entiende que \u201cest\u00e1 basada en el principio de reciprocidad, siendo una opci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida\u201d, considera que \u201ctal vez no la que mejor convenga para los intereses\u201d de su pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3, al respecto, que <strong>\u201cPer\u00fa no aplica ese principio al resto de pa\u00edses que solicitan visa a los ciudadanos peruanos\u201d<\/strong> y que una decisi\u00f3n de este tipo va \u201cen contra de la reactivaci\u00f3n del turismo receptivo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3, al respecto, que durante este a\u00f1o, <strong>M\u00e9xico es el cuarto pa\u00eds no fronterizo con mayor cantidad de turistas que han visitado Per\u00fa,<\/strong> al llegar estos a 10,763 visitantes, solo superado por Estados Unidos, Argentina y Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/peru-cusco-casco-urbano-turismo-pexels-08042024.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/peru-cusco-casco-urbano-turismo-pexels-08042024-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-1379911\">Centro hist\u00f3rico de Cusco, Per\u00fa. Foto: Julia Volk v\u00eda Pexels<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019, <strong>el pa\u00eds andino recibi\u00f3 a 128,829 visitantes mexicanos,<\/strong> por lo que el gremio estim\u00f3 que la exigencia del visado puede tener \u201cun impacto econ\u00f3mico de aproximadamente <strong>250 millones de d\u00f3lares en p\u00e9rdidas\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medios peruanos informaron este s\u00e1bado que la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico oficializ\u00f3 una medida que establece que desde el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de abril<strong> los peruanos que quieran ingresar a su pa\u00eds deber\u00e1n presentar una visa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La embajada mexicana en Lima confirm\u00f3 en la red social X que<strong> \u201ca partir del 20 de abril de 2024,<\/strong> las personas nacionales del Per\u00fa necesitar\u00e1n de visa para ingresar a M\u00e9xico para realizar turismo y negocios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9xico hab\u00eda eliminado en noviembre de 2012 este requisito<\/strong> para los peruanos en condici\u00f3n de visitantes sin permiso para realizar actividades remuneradas, con el objetivo de agilizar el flujo de personas y el
