{"id":12321,"date":"2024-04-09T05:33:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-09T05:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=12321"},"modified":"2024-04-09T05:33:01","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T05:33:01","slug":"reforma-del-infonavit-beneficiaria-a-los-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/04\/09\/reforma-del-infonavit-beneficiaria-a-los-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma del Infonavit beneficiaria a los trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hace dos meses, el <strong>presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador <\/strong>envi\u00f3 al <strong>Congreso <\/strong>una propuesta de reforma constitucional al art\u00edculo 123, permitiendo a<strong>l Infonavit participar en la oferta y arrendamiento de vivienda. <\/strong>Desde entonces, ha surgido una variedad de interpretaciones, destacando la necesidad de una deliberaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, as\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 por medio de un comunicado el <strong>director general del Infonavit, Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que, <strong>Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong> puntualiz\u00f3 las distintas implicaciones en caso de que la reforma avance, como, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Infonavit <\/strong>podr\u00eda destinar parte de sus recursos a la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas para los trabajadores. Adem\u00e1s de que estas nuevas viviendas se ofrecer\u00edan en renta a los trabajadores derechohabientes, con la opci\u00f3n de adquirirlas tras 10 a\u00f1os y para alcanzar la meta de nuevas viviendas sociales, el <strong>Infonavit <\/strong>tambi\u00e9n participar\u00eda como promotor en la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas para venta directa a los trabajadores derechohabientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, se requerir\u00eda una revisi\u00f3n de la Ley org\u00e1nica del Instituto para garantizar viabilidad y certeza en estas nuevas actividades. Aunque, el <strong>Infonavit <\/strong>continuar\u00eda con su programa de cr\u00e9dito para diversas necesidades, asegurando que las nuevas actividades sean complementarias y no sustitutivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta propuesta se alinea con el debate global sobre la escasez de vivienda asequible, donde se propone un sistema de renta social para los derechohabientes del <strong>Infonavit<\/strong>. Se busca garantizar relaciones transparentes y claras para los trabajadores, quienes despu\u00e9s de 10 a\u00f1os tendr\u00edan la opci\u00f3n de comprar su vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan estimaciones, el <strong>Infonavit <\/strong>tendr\u00eda recursos suficientes para construir 75 mil viviendas al a\u00f1o, ya sea de forma directa o en colaboraci\u00f3n con el sector privado.
