{"id":12016,"date":"2024-03-29T03:30:31","date_gmt":"2024-03-29T03:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=12016"},"modified":"2024-03-29T03:30:33","modified_gmt":"2024-03-29T03:30:33","slug":"abre-fgj-carpeta-de-investigacion-contra-mujer-que-practico-aborto-casero-en-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/03\/29\/abre-fgj-carpeta-de-investigacion-contra-mujer-que-practico-aborto-casero-en-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"Abre FGJ carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra mujer que practic\u00f3 aborto casero en Tamaulipas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Tamaulipas <\/strong>abri\u00f3 <strong>carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> contra una<strong> mujer <\/strong>que se practic\u00f3 un <strong>aborto casero<\/strong>, misma que fue llevada al hospital luego de que tuvo un <strong>desmayo<\/strong> durante el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La joven, que vive en pareja, presuntamente ten\u00eda <strong>3 meses de embarazo<\/strong>, y el pasado 26 de marzo decidi\u00f3 comprar unas <strong>pastillas<\/strong> que venden en la farmacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que la mujer se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para hacerlo consult\u00f3 el <strong>procedimiento en internet<\/strong>, e hizo tres tomas del <strong>medicamento<\/strong> que compr\u00f3 en una <strong>farmacia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primero consumo lo hizo a las 12:30 del d\u00eda, la segunda a la 16:00 horas, momento en el que le comenz\u00f3 el <strong>sangrado<\/strong>, y la \u00faltima a las 20:00 horas, momento en el que el <strong>flujo<\/strong> era m\u00e1s <strong>abundante<\/strong>, as\u00ed que decidi\u00f3 irse a dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que muchas veces se levant\u00f3 al ba\u00f1o, sin embargo a las 6 de la ma\u00f1ana del 26 de marzo, la joven sufri\u00f3 un <strong>desmayo<\/strong>, ella fue auxiliada por su pareja, que ten\u00eda conocimiento de lo que estaba pasando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese momento el muchacho ofreci\u00f3 a la joven llevarla a su <strong>servicio m\u00e9dico<\/strong>, sin embargo ella prefiri\u00f3 volver a dormir, sin embargo a las ocho de la ma\u00f1ana decidieron acudir al Hospital del <strong>IMSS<\/strong> para que le hicieran una<strong> valoraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los m\u00e9dicos indicaron que la joven ya<strong> no ten\u00eda producto<\/strong>, sin embargo como el <strong>aborto<\/strong> es considerado un <strong>delito<\/strong> en Tamaulipas el personal del nosocomio decidi\u00f3 llamar a la <strong>Polic\u00eda Investigadora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los agentes interrogaron a la muchacha sobre el producto, ella indic\u00f3 que durante el proceso lo hab\u00eda arrojado, que es el objetivo del <strong>medicamento<\/strong> que hab\u00eda consumido, acto que ocurri\u00f3 en la tasa del ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esta situaci\u00f3n la<strong> Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia<\/strong> abri\u00f3 una <strong>carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que en la zona sur los <strong>colectivos feministas<\/strong> ofrecen abortos acompa\u00f1ados, las mujeres que acompa\u00f1an a otras mujeres durante el proceso han tomado <strong>capacitaci\u00f3n <\/strong>para poder dar orientaci\u00f3n y que el proceso de realice de manera segura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Tamaulipas abri\u00f3 carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra una mujer que se practic\u00f3 un aborto casero, misma que fue llevada al hospital luego de que tuvo un desmayo durante el proceso.
