{"id":11842,"date":"2024-03-25T05:42:37","date_gmt":"2024-03-25T05:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=11842"},"modified":"2024-03-25T05:42:38","modified_gmt":"2024-03-25T05:42:38","slug":"destruye-fgr-28-monstruos-confiscados-en-tamaulipas-a-grupos-delictivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/03\/25\/destruye-fgr-28-monstruos-confiscados-en-tamaulipas-a-grupos-delictivos\/","title":{"rendered":"Destruye FGR 28 &#8216;monstruos&#8217; confiscados en Tamaulipas a grupos delictivos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un total de 28 veh\u00edculos con blindaje artesanal, de los denominados \u00abmonstruos\u00bb, los cuales fueron asegurados en diversos enfrentamientos con el crimen organizado, fueron destruidos por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en Reynosa, Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, tanto la FGR como Fiscal\u00eda Federal en el Estado de Tamaulipas, dieron cumplimiento al Programa Destino de Bienes y Objetos del Delito, dispuesto en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, el cual prev\u00e9 la destrucci\u00f3n de los objetos que son instrumentos del delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las unidades son conocidas como veh\u00edculos monstruos y presuntamente fueron utilizados por personas pertenecientes a grupos delictivos por lo que est\u00e1n relacionadas con 26 expedientes. Se tuvo coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) y Guardia Estatal, quienes aseguraron y pusieron a disposici\u00f3n dichos veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el desarrollo de las diligencias se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades federales, estatales y municipales, adem\u00e1s del Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF), quien coordin\u00f3 el evento de identificaci\u00f3n y realiz\u00f3 las diligencias, as\u00ed como con peritos oficiales y personal del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control de la FGR, quienes verificaron que el procedimiento se llevara a cabo en los t\u00e9rminos de la norma aplicable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un total de 28 veh\u00edculos con blindaje artesanal, de los denominados \u00abmonstruos\u00bb, los cuales fueron asegurados en diversos enfrentamientos con el crimen organizado, fueron destruidos por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
