{"id":11775,"date":"2024-03-22T04:08:52","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T04:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=11775"},"modified":"2024-03-22T04:08:54","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T04:08:54","slug":"aseguran-hornos-clandestinos-para-fabricar-carbon-no-hay-detenidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/03\/22\/aseguran-hornos-clandestinos-para-fabricar-carbon-no-hay-detenidos\/","title":{"rendered":"Aseguran hornos clandestinos para fabricar carb\u00f3n, no hay detenidos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Asegura <strong>Fiscal\u00eda<\/strong> siete <strong>hornos clandestinos<\/strong> de<strong> fabricaci\u00f3n de carb\u00f3n<\/strong>, as\u00ed como tres toneladas de carb\u00f3n vegetal en el municipio de Padilla, no hay detenidos, la investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/strong> en su Fiscal\u00eda Federal en el Estado de <strong>Tamaulipas, <\/strong>cumpliment\u00f3 una orden de cateo otorgada por el Magistrado adscrito al Tribunal Colegiado de Apelaci\u00f3n al Decimonoveno Circuito por delitos contra el <strong>medio ambiente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, elementos de la <strong>Guardia Estatal,<\/strong> el realizar reconocimientos terrestres por el Campo \u201cMorelito\u201d, del municipio de Padilla, Tamaulipas, observaron <strong>hornos clandestinos<\/strong> de <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n de carb\u00f3n<\/strong>, as\u00ed como costales de carb\u00f3n vegetal, un altero del mismo producto sin envasar y alteros de troncos al parecer de mezquite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal,<\/strong> con apoyo de personal de la Polic\u00eda Federal Ministerial (PFM), y<strong> Servicios Periciales<\/strong> de esta instituci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como con el apoyo de personal pericial de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado, realizaron las diligencias en el inmueble antes mencionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el lugar se <strong>aseguraron tres toneladas de carb\u00f3n vegetal<\/strong> y un mont\u00edculo de <strong>troncos de madera<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la inhabilitaci\u00f3n de siete <strong>hornos clandestinos de fabricaci\u00f3n de carb\u00f3n vegetal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo asegurado qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n, quien inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra qui\u00e9n o qui\u00e9nes resulten responsables por el <strong>delito<\/strong> mencionado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asegura Fiscal\u00eda siete hornos clandestinos de fabricaci\u00f3n de carb\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tres toneladas de carb\u00f3n vegetal en el municipio de Padilla, no hay detenidos, la investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa.
