En caso de requerir los productores agr\u00edcolas del distrito de riego 026 de un mayor volumen de agua <\/strong>y no recibirla reclamar\u00e1n el pago de una compensaci\u00f3n. El diputado Edgar Melhem Salinas<\/strong>, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Rural del Congreso del Estado, apunt\u00f3 que son m\u00e1s de 150 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El legislador indic\u00f3 que estos no se trasvasar\u00e1n a la presa Marte R. G\u00f3mez en Tamaulipas, pero que el Sistema de Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey<\/strong> si va a cobrar. Por tanto tendr\u00e1 un ingreso, mientras que para los agricultores se podr\u00eda reducir la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hizo hincapi\u00e9 que en caso de ser insuficientes los 200 millones de metros c\u00fabicos del trasvase de Nuevo Le\u00f3n a Tamaulipas<\/strong> as\u00ed como la disponibilidad de la presa Marte R. G\u00f3mez <\/strong>anot\u00f3 que se solicitar\u00e1 un riego adicional, que, de no otorgarse, entonces se estar\u00eda reclamando el pago de una indemnizaci\u00f3n o compensaci\u00f3n al no recibir el volumen de agua que corresponde acuerdo con el convenio de 1996.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insisti\u00f3 en que de acuerdo con los t\u00e9rminos del convenio corresponder\u00eda enviar 350 millones de metros c\u00fabicos, pero, debido a las condiciones en las cuales se encuentran las presas en Nuevo Laredo, <\/strong>\u00fanicamente se enviar\u00e1n 200 millones de metros c\u00fabicos a fin de asegurar la disponibilidad de agua para Monterrey y la zona metropolitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Explic\u00f3 que, desde el 27 de noviembre se inici\u00f3 la entrega de agua de Nuevo Le\u00f3n hacia Tamaulipas<\/strong>, en un proceso de trasvase que tardar\u00e1 entre 11 y 13 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con los reportes de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua <\/strong>sobre el envi\u00f3 de agua de Nuevo Le\u00f3n a Tamaulipas en el 2018 se trasvasaron 108 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua, en el 2019 se trasvasaron 150 millones y en 2020 y 2021 no hubo trasvase, mientras que ahora se aument\u00f3 el env\u00edo a 200 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua, por lo cual se arrastra un d\u00e9ficit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, la Uni\u00f3n Regional Agr\u00edcola del Norte<\/strong> (Uran), se ha declarado inconforme por el trasvase autorizado por la Conagua, porque al quedarse a deber 150 millones de metros c\u00fabicos se viol\u00f3 el acuerdo entre los gobiernos de Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Tamaulipas, por lo cual Nuevo Le\u00f3n debe pagar una compensaci\u00f3n a los agricultores del Distrito de Riego 026 pues al no disponer de agua  de agua suficiente bajara la cosecha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
