Hoy, las compuertas de la presa \u201cEl Cuchillo\u201d est\u00e1n abiertas, dejando escapar agua, agua valiosa para el pueblo de Nuevo Le\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3 que el gobernador hab\u00eda asegurado que no habr\u00eda un trasvase de agua a Tamaulipas y, sin embargo, el domingo entr\u00f3 en operaci\u00f3n la obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor eso se propone llamar a comparecer al director de Servicios de Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey, Juan Ignacio Barrag\u00e1n, con el objetivo de que explique c\u00f3mo y en qu\u00e9 t\u00e9rminos se dieron los acuerdos y negociaci\u00f3n por parte de Nuevo Le\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua y el gobierno del estado de <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> para que s\u00ed se diera el trasvase de agua de la presa <strong>\u2018El Cuchillo<\/strong>\u2018\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 25 de noviembre, el secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n, <strong>Ad\u00e1n Augusto L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, dio el aval al convenio entre Tamaulipas y Nuevo Le\u00f3n para el trasvase de agua entre presas de la regi\u00f3n y as\u00ed mitigar la sequ\u00eda en el norte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director general de la Conagua, <strong>Germ\u00e1n Arturo Mart\u00ednez Santoyo<\/strong>, dio a conocer que el domingo a las 12:00 horas inici\u00f3 el trasvase de la presa \u201cEl Cuchillo\u201c, ubicada en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, a la presa <strong>Marte R. G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, en Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que la presa \u201cEl Cuchillo\u201d est\u00e1 en condiciones para abastecer tanto a la zona metropolitana de Monterrey como al distrito de riego <strong>\u201cBajo R\u00edo San Juan\u201d<\/strong>, sin poner en riesgo el abasto para uso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que actualmente la presa \u201cEl Cuchillo\u201d almacena 756 millones de metros c\u00fabicos, y la Marte R.
