{"id":11018,"date":"2024-02-27T05:04:25","date_gmt":"2024-02-27T05:04:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=11018"},"modified":"2024-02-27T05:04:26","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T05:04:26","slug":"decomisa-cbp-mas-de-76-mil-dolares-en-efectivo-en-el-puente-colombia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/02\/27\/decomisa-cbp-mas-de-76-mil-dolares-en-efectivo-en-el-puente-colombia\/","title":{"rendered":"DECOMISA CBP M\u00c1S DE 76 MIL D\u00d3LARES EN EFECTIVO EN EL PUENTE COLOMBIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Camino a <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> se decomisaron 76 mil 185 d\u00f3lares en efectivo en un autob\u00fas de pasajeros en el <strong>Puente Internacional \u201cSolidaridad\u201d, frontera de Laredo, Texas con Colombia, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacia el pa\u00eds del sur iba el cami\u00f3n este s\u00e1bado<strong> 24 de febrero, <\/strong>pero fue enviado a segunda revisi\u00f3n por agentes de <strong>Aduanas y Protecci\u00f3n Fronteriza (CBP).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFue un excelente aseguramiento de<strong> nuestros compa\u00f1eros<\/strong> en la secci\u00f3n de salida del pa\u00eds, las cantidades elevadas de dinero en efectivo y no reportado, son<strong> ganancias de un delito, son &nbsp;los dividendos de los criminales organizados<\/strong>\u201d, dijo Alberto Flores, Director del Puerto de Laredo para CBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>K9<\/strong>, como se conoce a los canes adiestrados para <strong>olfatear, dinero, drogas, personas y armas, alert\u00f3 a los agentes sobre anomal\u00edas dentro del bus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elmanana.com.mx\/u\/fotografias\/m\/2024\/2\/26\/f768x1-198450_198577_5050.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los<strong> fajos de billetes fueron hallados<\/strong>, no se dijo de arrestos, solo que el dinero se lo qued\u00f3<strong> Aduanas y los agentes de Investigaciones de Seguridad Dom\u00e9stica <\/strong>(HSI) se hicieron cargo de la <strong>averiguaci\u00f3n respectiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es delito transportar m\u00e1s de <strong>10 mil d\u00f3lares,<\/strong> pero s\u00ed lo es el no declarar tal suma, en<strong> efectivo, en bonos o certificados de pago,<\/strong> en <strong>money order, <\/strong>en cheque, en joyas, como sea, tal cantidad tiene que ser mencionada, sea de <strong>entrada o a la salida del pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El incumplimiento de la declaraci\u00f3n puede ocasionar el decomiso y\/o el<strong> arresto del responsable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El solicitante que quiera reclamar la <strong>devoluci\u00f3n del dinero, debe comprobar a cabalidad, el honesto proceder de tales valores.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Camino a M\u00e9xico se decomisaron 76 mil 185 d\u00f3lares en efectivo en un autob\u00fas de pasajeros en el Puente Internacional \u201cSolidaridad\u201d, frontera de Laredo, Texas con Colombia, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.
