{"id":10554,"date":"2024-02-12T05:44:02","date_gmt":"2024-02-12T05:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=10554"},"modified":"2024-02-12T05:44:03","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T05:44:03","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-presunto-homicida-de-tia-de-rodolfo-pizarro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/02\/12\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-presunto-homicida-de-tia-de-rodolfo-pizarro\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a presunto homicida de t\u00eda de Rodolfo Pizarro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Eduardo Alfonso \u201cR\u201d<\/strong> fue vinculado a proceso por un juez de control de Tampico, por el delito de secuestro agravado, por el homicidio de la t\u00eda del futbolista internacional <strong>Rodolfo Pizarro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas inform\u00f3 que, esto fue derivado de las acciones realizadas como parte de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n abierta con motivo del homicidio de una persona y lesiones provocadas a dos m\u00e1s, que ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 27 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras los hechos que se registraron en la colonia Ampliaci\u00f3n Unidad Nacional del municipio de Ciudad Madero, fue solicitada una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Eduardo Alfonso \u201cR\u201d, la cual fue cumplimentada el 4 de febrero, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Polic\u00edas de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El detenido fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez de Control, quien decret\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por Secuestro Agravado, despu\u00e9s de valorar los elementos de prueba presentados por la Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, estableciendo tres meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eduardo Alfonso \u201cR\u201d fue vinculado a proceso por un juez de control de Tampico, por el delito de secuestro agravado, por el homicidio de la t\u00eda del futbolista internacional Rodolfo Pizarro.
