{"id":10216,"date":"2024-01-31T06:27:48","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T06:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=10216"},"modified":"2024-01-31T06:27:49","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T06:27:49","slug":"pide-segob-juicio-politico-contra-un-juez-que-favorece-a-criminales-en-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2024\/01\/31\/pide-segob-juicio-politico-contra-un-juez-que-favorece-a-criminales-en-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"PIDE SEGOB JUICIO POL\u00cdTICO CONTRA UN JUEZ QUE FAVORECE A CRIMINALES EN TAMAULIPAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde<\/strong>, present\u00f3 a la <strong>C\u00e1mara de Diputados <\/strong>una solicitud de juicio pol\u00edtico contra el <strong>juez de distrito especializado en el Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio <\/strong>en <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong>, <strong>Crescencio Contreras Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, por favorecer a criminales que operan en la frontera del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado, la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a nombre del gobierno federal, se se\u00f1ala que se tuvo conocimiento de probables actuaciones del <strong>juez Crescencio Contreras Mart\u00ednez <\/strong>que favorecieron a integrantes de grupos criminales que operan en la frontera norte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cA&nbsp; trav\u00e9s de las cuales se fomenta la impunidad y se niega el derecho a la justicia al pueblo de M\u00e9xico\u201d, indic\u00f3 la Segob<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Segob agreg\u00f3 <\/strong>que hay una serie de elementos que hacen presumir que las determinaciones del <strong>juez de Distrito no est\u00e1n apegadas a los principios constitucionales y legales<\/strong>, debido a que ha sostenido criterios que permitieron la liberaci\u00f3n de objetivos generadores de violencia en agravio del inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez ha fallado a favor en diversos casos de alto impacto, entre los cuales destaca la liberaci\u00f3n de personas pertenecientes al grupo criminal presuntamente vinculado con el reciente <strong>secuestro de 31 personas migrantes en Tamaulipas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como otros actos relacionados con la delincuencia organizada como el tr\u00e1fico de fentanilo, la posesi\u00f3n de armas de fuego de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito y cohecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSe puede se\u00f1alar que hubo, de parte del juzgador federal, desapego a los principios constitucionales y \u00e9ticos de objetividad, imparcialidad y profesionalismo que deben regir la actuaci\u00f3n de los jueces\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto, se present\u00f3 una solicitud de juicio pol\u00edtico para que dicha soberan\u00eda investigue y analice la actuaci\u00f3n del juez y, en su caso, proceda ante el<strong> Senado de la Rep\u00fablic<\/strong>a, el cual deber\u00e1 determinar sobre su posible destituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong>, el <strong>C\u00e1rtel del Golfo y Los Zetas<\/strong> son se\u00f1alados como los criminales que secuestran y extorsionan a los migrantes que pretenden cruzar a Estados Unidos por esa frontera.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde, present\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados una solicitud de juicio pol\u00edtico contra el juez de distrito especializado en el Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio en Tamaulipas, Crescencio Contreras Mart\u00ednez, por favorecer a criminales que operan en la frontera del pa\u00eds.
